Warner Home
Video (WHV) was looking to form a working partnership
with a print management company.
Strategy
Penfold Buscombe devised a unique print management system for WHV which involved monthly task meetings and incorporated cost efficiency and accountability measures.
It also recognised the importance of timing and
the need for deadlines to be met. We then identified WHV overall business
objectives and outlined how a working partnership could be achieved.
