Brief
Following the company's rapid growth there was a high
degree of inefficiency in the process of print procurement. Problems included
lack of coordination, a fragmented supplier base, an erosion of branding and
corporate standards and cost inefficiencies.
Strategy
Penfold Buscombe undertook
a complete and thorough audit and review of STA
Travel's print requirements as well as what was
in storage in the company's warehouses. With the
information gathered, we set about devising new
systems for print procurement which incorporated
major cost and organisational savings, better quality
controls and improved service.
