Our web-based solution allows clients Australia-wide to order items easily online through their personalised online catalogue containing ‘thumbnail’ images of each stock item.

Nationally, our facilities manage in excess of 20,000 SKUs. The premises have full perimeter security and individual sections have security cameras that monitor movement and others that are cordoned for high security projects or documents. Vacuuming and dust control practices are employed weekly ensuring stock is not damaged or soiled. Additional packaging protection is provided with plastic shrink-wrapping of inners and sealed cartons.

Our facility includes the collation of bulk or mixed small orders. All cartons are individually labelled with consignee details. All despatches are recorded in the warehouse management system for tracking.

Marketing collateral or promotional material from third parties can also be securely stored and distributed. Goods are checked upon receipt against the Advance Shipping Notice for quality, labelling, packaging and quantity then entered into our inventory system for client viewing and online ordering.
